Fair, honest service for every MiniMate collector. We believe in the quality of our 3D printed creations, and we want you to be absolutely delighted with your new articulated companion.
Eligibility
Return within 14 days in original condition. Please note that personalised items and sale figures are non-returnable unless faulty.
Process
Contact us for the return address. Use our eco-friendly packaging for safe transit. We recommend proof of postage for UK and international returns.

Returns & Fairness
Made To Order
Due to the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for custom or personalised MiniMates. This also applies to all made-to-order items crafted specifically for you.
Broken or Wrong
Returns are accepted ONLY if your item arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue to help us out.
Friendly Solution
If your friend arrives faulty, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion. We want to ensure every collector is satisfied with the resolution regarding their 3D printed order.
What is Excluded
We don’t accept returns for a change of mind, minor print imperfections unique to 3D printing, or slight colour differences due to screen variations. Every MiniMate is uniquely crafted.

Report damage or shipping errors within 48 hours of delivery to landrdesignstudiouk@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Wait for our team to review your photos. We will verify the defect or error against our production logs to authorize your return or replacement.

Follow the specific instructions provided by our support team for returning your item to our Banwell studio. Do not send items back without prior approval.
Exclusion Policy
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, minor 3D print surface imperfections, or slight colour variations from screen to PLA filament. We only offer resolutions for items that are functionally broken or incorrectly sent to ensure we maintain our sustainable, low-waste production model.

Strict-But-Fair Rules
- Windows: 14 days for standard returns; 48 hours for damages. Condition: All figures must be in unplayed, original state. Exceptions: Custom 3D prints and sale items are final sale.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Received a broken dragon or wrong buddy? Please email us within 48 hours of delivery. We require clear photos of the damage and packaging to process your replacement or refund quickly.
Starting Again
1. Email landrdesignstudiouk@gmail.com within 48h (damaged) or 14d (change of mind). 2. Include photos and order number. 3. Ship back in eco-safe boxes. Returns must be tracked for safety.
